Be prompt but specific enough
Take screenshots when needed, upload them to your own account, and use images embedded in comments. Images often tell more than words.
Describe for example in steps what you did, what happened, and what you expected to happen.
If possible, give URL address of the page(s) where the problem occurs.
Find out and tell what browser, operating system, and versions of them you are using.
Stay on topic on each of the discussions. Do not try to turn the discussion onto some other issue. Instead open a new topic if there is no good enough topic existing already.
Utilize RSS feed reader to follow the discussion
To get noticed (on browser tool bar), when someone posts something on this group, you may then find RSS Feed Reader browser plugin/extension as useful:

Browse down on that page to get plugin/extension for the browser you are using. Or try any other similar plugin/extension.
Once you have the plugin/extension installed, visit the group discussion front page and click the RSS feed link on bottom of that page:

Ich weiß aber nicht, ob das mit einem größeren Programmieraufwand verbunden wäre. Eine weitere denkbare Option wäre, in der Fußzeile neben dem Link zur Hilfe & Kontaktseite auch einen Link zu diesem Hilfeforum einzubauen.
In jedem Fall fände ich es gut, wenn die Sichtbarkeit dieser Gruppe deutlich erhöht würde. Die meisten Nutzer haben es wahrscheinlich noch gar nicht mitbekommen, dass es diese Gruppe gibt bzw. dass sie wiederbelebt worden ist.

Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug 'Organisieren' und betrachten Sie 'Alben'. Ändere die Reihenfolge der Alben dort. Setzen Sie die am häufigsten verwendeten Alben an die erste Stelle.
