Group: Silver Surfers

Francis has chosen the above topic for the next competition. In his words, "This is light as opposed to dark rather than as opposed to heavy! I was thinking about shafts of sunlight, beams of artificial light and the way they impact on their surroundings."

So, go for it!

Well, it's now August 1st, so I've closed the competition and turned it over to Francis for judging.

Francis is back from his trip and says the following:
"I'm now back, alive but a little footsore. Judging has been tough as usual and this was perhaps a rather tricky topic to interpret but my scores are :-
1st - No 13 - Tractacus - I liked the way the beams of light aimed at the tree.
2nd - No 2 - Ann Roberts - The patterns of colour on the stones was excellent.
3rd - No 16 - slgw - a very effective burst of light over the distant mountain."
