Everyday on my diet...

A good crop Isabel, I've given up trying to grow them the cloves are always so small, if you plant in the Autumn you tend to loose them to the wet

In here they grow as you see, that is why we can export...

Beautiful garlic! We had some growing in our front yard but I never pulled it up, and then finally, the squirrels ate them and now we have none. *cry*

Right!!! With wholerice, some olive oil it is excellent...

Slice a courgette on the diagonal (long strips) and fry in good olive oilve and garlic (not too thinly sliced). You want a contrast between crispy and soft so medium to high heat for a few minutes only is best. You might also need two frying pans on the go if cooking for more than one!!
It goes well with lamb chops (chuletas) and / or rice, but also good as a meal on its own. For further recipes, visit @andyrodkerrecipes ... ;o))))
