taken on the approach to Black Hill ( via the Pennine Way footpath over Laddow Rocks).
The middle horizon is Torside Clough at Bleaklow Hill and the far horizon is The Edge on Kinder Scout.

This is rugged terrain country Colin. We had wanted to walk to Laddow rocks this Spring but all that had to be cancelled. Too many people on those paths for us at the moment too. A grand shot here. Well done. Herb

I went for a local walk yesterday ( will post some photos later) and also found a big increase in the number of people out in the area - I guess people who are normally in work weekdays but also some older people who are just getting out again after 2 months ( like me!)
