WOOOOT!!! That's fantastic! Love the details, angle and composition so much! I really love that you told us what you did with this picture! I always find that interesting because processing an image is an entirely separate kind of creativity which is something always in development, just like our photography. I use Photoshop with all of my images and some of them take hours of processing before I am finished with them. Depends on so many factors. Sometimes I will see potential in an image but its too busy and I have the challenge of drawing out the subject without being too blatant about it. Sometimes I just want to have fun and create an artistic interpretation with a textured background or whatnot. Other times I do just as you have done in this image. I blend different methods to get the right "punch" and really make the subject sing. You did a great job with this!! Well done!! :)

Das schöne an der Fotografie ist, dass man zwei kreative Momente erleben kann. Das erste Erlebnis hat man vor Ort bei der Arbeit an der Kamera. Der zweite Moment ist die Nachbearbeitung des Bildes. Gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit oder durch die Corona-Einschränkungen hat man zu Hause eine schöne Beschäftigung. Dank der digitalen Fotografie hat man sehr viele Möglichkeiten, seine Kreativität zu zeigen. Früher, in der analogen Fotografie, habe ich stundenlang im Fotolabor verbracht. Die Arbeitsprozesse waren sehr langwierig, man konnte das Ergebnis erst am Ende sehen und man konnte Arbeitsschritte nicht rückgängig machen. Das ist heute alles viel einfacher. Allerdings geht es nicht einfach mit einem Klick, sondern hier muss man viel ausprobieren und Erfahrung sammeln.
Für dieses Bild habe ich etwa eine Stunde gebraucht. Vor Ort hatte ich das Problem, dass vor den Häusern ein Wochenmarkt stattfand. Es standen überall Verkaufsbuden, die die untere Etage der Häuser verdeckten. Deshalb habe ich den unteren Bereich ausgeblendet. Da die Kamera nach oben zeigt, entsteht unten keine waagerechte Linie, so dass die Bude im Vordergrund stört.

Mit Photoshop habe ich das Bild um einige Grad nach rechts gedreht. Nun stehen die Häuser aber alle schief. Die habe ich dann mit der perspektivischen Verzerrung wieder gerade gezogen. So entsteht der Bildeindruck einer höheren Kameraposition. Danach erfolgte noch die S/W-Bearbeitung, wie oben beschrieben.
