Blick auf die westliche Steilküste La Palmas. Die Klippen sind mehrere hundert Meter hoch. An dieser Stelle sind wir nur 40 m hoch. Es ist der gleiche Zaun wie im PiP.

Der Weg ist sehr steil, aber gut befestigt. Eigentlich braucht man hier keinen Zaun oder Seil. Die meisten Wanderrouten im Gebirge sind nicht in einem solch guten Zustand, dazu oft schmal und meistens ohne Zaun.

A lovely shot Wilhelm but the fence looks a little inadequate being as the cliffs are so high, - it even looks to be unravelling in places! Great coastline and lovely light. HFF and have a good weekend

Der Weg ist hier etwa 40 m über dem Wasser, hoch genug für einen tragischen Unfall. Das untere Seil scheint sich aufzulösen. Vielleicht haben die Passanten beim Anlehnen an das obere Seil den Fuß auf das untere gestellt ;-)

Die Holzpfähle sind schon älter. Man kann nur vermuten, was besser hält, die Pfähle oder das Seil ;-)

A lovely view along the coast and out to sea. The light is lovely and I like the textures and shapes of the pathway. It looks very steep..........did you have to use the ropes to pull yourself along?

Ich habe noch ein PiP eingefügt, das den Pfad aus einer anderen Perspektive zeigt. Ehrlich gesagt, brauchte ich den Zaun weder zur Sicherheit, noch zum Hochziehen. Es sieht alles gefährlicher aus, als es wirklich ist.
