This could be Bergen or Stavanger, George. The 'vintage' ships are so much nicer than the floating cities that dwarf some Norwegian ports throughout the tourist season.

These vintage ships are really nice! They are both former Hurtigruten ships, the one in Kristiansund is the newly refurbished Nordstjernen which used to sail for Hurtigruten until 2013. It's now used for smaller cruises in Norway, the Baltic or Svalbard.
