king's arms, borough, southwark
c18 georgian stone royal arms from the gatehouse on old london bridge, reused on the king's arms pub of 1890. they are believed to have been set up c.1728 for george II, then re-cyphered in 1760 when removed to the pub, and kept when it was rebuilt in the c19. incorrect tinctures of course.
