A magnificent set of images Rosa. The main one in particular is really well composed with wonderful autumn colours. I love ornate that tower..........and it's perfectly placed in the frame. The sky and clouds are quite spectacular.

Two beautifully composed PiPs..........also with very attractive autumn colours. I especially like the reflections in the 2nd PiP.

The tower came from a church in Bristol Fred. It was found many years ago discarded and brought to Stourhead. Thank you for your kind comments.

I am so impressed by these three beautiful images! I am lost for words! The red chimneys in the top picture are particularly eye catching, as of course are the water patterns in the other two.

A truly magnificent trio of pictures here Rosa, they would certainly grace any tourist guide of the place. All three are so well composed and display the autumn colours perfectly. My favourite is the second one with the bridge. The tower in the main image is so delicate looking, never seen one quite like it before. The collection is certainly worth *****.

Thank you so much for your very kind comments Doug. The tower in the main shot was found abandoned outside a church in Bristol many years ago. I think they have made good use of it in the gardens. It must have been the top of a very high tower originally.
