Thank you very much Janet. There were too many people in the Great Hall eating mince pies and various drinks....so I went high with the camera. It shows the minstrels gallery behind the chandelier.

A very nice collection of images, each one a great picture in its own right Rosa. For me the best one is the interior shot, great balance of light and shadow.

I really like the gorgeous colour of the Acer leaves..........and they stand out so well against the dainty looking green leaves in the background. Wonderfully detail too.

Of the PiPs I like the second one best but both are very good. Thanks for sharing Rosa and have a good week.

Fantastic colour contrast in the top image, Rosa.

The warm ligting and the shadows make the second image beautifully atmospheric.

The third image is well composed due to the juxtaposition of straight lines and curves throughout the frame.
