Fabulous! Well done! I do miss a good pub but the price of a pint of beer now frightens the life out of me!

This one looked so pretty as we drove up to the crossroads Andy. I only really drink tonic water so have no idea how much beer is!

The half-timbered inn is said to be some 800 years old and so named because the horse and coaches that passed by would blow their coach horns to indicate that they had passed by. The crossing was an important inter-chance between the counties of Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. Cheers, Rosa :)

I wish we could have stopped there Gudrun, but wanted to get back home before the temperatures dropped and maybe icy roads.
