Acton Depot houses the London Transport Museum's artifacts that are not on display in central London. Each year they have one or two open days, during which the public can wander round, see one-off displays, talk to staff, ride on buses and see the huge range of items that have been conserved by the Museum.

The reg.no. has been guessed. This is the only bus, branded for this service, of which I can find photos. On that basis it was still doing this run in 2010.

1990 - following bus privatisation London bus companies had to hire buses from other parts of the country to provide services for their new franchises - in this case a Sheffield Mainline-branded, South Yorkshire Transport bus on route 78 crosses Tower Bridge on its way from Shoreditch to Peckham and beyond.

When I Googled the reg.no. I found three photos, taken back in March, of this vehicle taken in Baloch, near Loch Lomond, in Scotland. It couldn't have travelled much further than here, on the south coast of England. Has anyone spotted it in between times & locations?
Oh yes, we do have a Berwick here in East Sussex!
In case the council wonder where the bus stop has gone, I have cloned it out - in both views! The bus came when I was laden with shopping and couldn't get a shot without the stop being in the way!

Route 120, the Seaford and Bishopstone town service, is one of the East Sussex Rider routes Renown is relinquishing. It is now operated by CCB on Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays from 21.5.2012 it will transfer to Compass Travel, who will also run the 119, Seaford town service, daily, except Sundays.
