S&DJR 6-wheeled first saloon drwg PJS 1972
From the photo at: www.ipernity.com/doc/philsutters/26349955//in/album/512561
As with the other drawings the small squares are 1/10 of an inch - for 4mm/1ft. These general arrangement drawings have been made from photographs, sometimes with the aid of an overall length. So do not consider them as scale drawings.
The right-hand end compartment has double doors and appears to be a compartment for luggage, possibly with seats for staff - as the doors were fitted with drop-lights. The drawing has overlooked the right-hand drop-light and there are no hinges drawn. The door handle is also of a different type from the single doors. The 'door' to the right of the crest should not be a door - the grab handle and the door edge lines should be ignored. The panelling generally replicates a door at that point but there is no handle, grab or hinges. Please see the photograph for a better guide to the layout.
Perhaps I should go back to the drawing board!
