Where the Angels Live
| |
|
Where the Angels live,
is a much brighter place,
then where we live now.
A darkness lurks on the edge of our lives,
We need to tread more carefully.

The Holy Sanitizer

When I was thinking of the virus,
I imagined it was lurking,
In the tiny places we cannot see,
On a door handle, a faucet or a letter from a friend,
I wonder if those thoughts will ever end?

Pandemic Life
| |
|
|
Pandemic life is like a thick grove of tall white pines,
The sun's light still shines bright and warm though the stand,
it is beautiful, but the shadows are darker,
It is there that the invisible predator haunts our days.

Gardener's Helper II - Analog Version

This image was made using Fuji Neopan ISO 400 black and white negative film in a Leica M6 camera with a Minolta 18mm ultra wide angle lens. I developed the film in Kodak D-76 1:1 dilution and scanned the negatives in a Nikon Coolscan 9000. I call it hand made photography.

One of my projects while in Covid Isolation is to scan some of the thousands of analog photos I've made over the fifty years I've been making photographs. This is a series I made in Thailand around 1990. -Kodachrome 35mm slide film
