Lost?

Lost?
Fairy wren (not sure which one, probably a Splendid Fairy Wren). Possibly a juvenile.

Not really lost, but the expression on his face made it seem he was looking for his mum ... Silly anthropomorphism, huh?

Annalia S., Special K, , Helena Ferreira and 19 other people have particularly liked this photo

He is handsome.. and I am politically incorrect as I happily anthropmorphise !!!

Yeah, I am the same, Pam. As far as I'm concerned, my dog speaks human just as well as I do; the magpies which gather in a family group in the back garden gossip and fratch just like all families do. Who's to say we are wrong?

Thank you, Roger. They are very small birds and, despite the bright blue tail, are difficult to see in the undergrowth. They also move darned fast! Thanks, also for your visit.

You may be right, Steve. I felt it was a little small to be fully mature . Mind you, it was in Tassie so don't know if they are the same as in WA.
