Der Sichel wird noch kleiner bis die Venus genau zwischen Sonne und Erde steht. Danach durchlauft die Venus wieder sichel, halb voll, voll.
Für Galileo war das einer der Beweise das das Geozentrische System nicht funktioniert. Die Kirche, ob nun katholisch, lutheranisch oder calvinstisch wollten das nicht wahr haben
