It is a very appropriate picture for the first of December, though taken earlier.
The red berries seem to shine , the Holly tree leaves look so green and the bokeh is just great!

A beautiful sight to see and a great shot with great bokeh.
I have heard it said that if there are large amounts of berries, in general, then we will have a harsh winter, might just an old wives tale.

I'm pleased you enjoyed seeing this one James........the red berries really stood out and were crying out to be photographed.

I've never heard of that one...........but I reckon we're in for a wet and miserable few weeks.

For natural seasonal decoration ! My brother in law had a huge tree, in December many neighbors asked every year if they could pick some for decoration, which was granted.

They do look lovely.........it's just a shame they weren't in my own garden, and I don't know the people who live there!
