Eichenblätter halten sie so lange, damit wir auch im Winter noch Freude an ihnen haben...so sehe ich das :)
Ich glaube, ich mag das Bokeh noch lieber als die Blätter :)))

You must spend a lot of time sweeping up in the Autumn :-))

Im Herbst lasse ich die Blätter liegen, in der Hoffnung, dass bei den Herbststürmen eine Menge zu den Nachbarn fliegt ;-) Nein, viele Insekten überwintern dort. Einen Teil der Blätter verteile ich in Ecken, wo Igel überwintern können.
Im Frühjahr reche ich die Blätter zu großen Haufen zusammen. Die hecksel ich dann mit dem Rasenmäher klein. Danach haben sie nur noch 5% ihres Volumens.
