Clouds over the Welcome Center

Travel days have their own dynamics--and fitting in a photograph can be a challenge. As with the trip north, I snapped a few pix from the car and published one of those to 366 Snaps.

The photo above was never intended as a 366 Snaps shot. It's of the sky, and of the plaza outside the Clare rest stop--named to honor long-time Michigan highway commissioner John C. Mackie. You can also see a bit of the sculpture on the plaza.

This photo, I think, came out well....
