This is a 'working farm' in the Landelles region of Normandy. They work very hard, look after their animals with exemplary care and attention but do not worry too much about appearances when it comes to barns, stores and farm buildings. We understand that some local ex-pat British are not happy that the area surrounding their expensive houses looks like an industrial site; forgetting that farming is in fact an industry.
