This is Hemingway's Blue Water Cafe, located in Springfield, Missouri and inside the Bass Pro Shop's Outdoor World headquarters. Taken on October 27th, 2013 with my Sony Alpha SLT-a77v DSLR.

The huge advertising mascot at a local grocery store. He used to stand across the street when the store was called "Big John's." And that was his name. Another store bought the statue and now he's called "The Little Giant."

These are some homemade fortune cookies I made about a decade ago when I invited my band members, girlfriends and one of their girlfriend's two kids for dinner and a jam session afterwards. I cooked things that are found on a Chinese buffet, such as egg drop soup, sweet and sour chicken, whole button mushrooms in oyster sauce, egg rolls and I forget what else. Inside each fortune cookie, I wrote a special message specifically for each person. They were humorous and everybody got a good laugh.

This is a Question Mark butterfly. It's called that because in the lower middle area of the outside of it's wings, there is a mark that looks like a question mark - a comma with a period below it. We also have Comma butterflies around here, and as you could guess, they just have the comma mark, with no period.
