Es geht langsam aufwärts :)) Things are slowly getting better :)) Les choses s'améliorent lentement :))

Ich war gestern früh schon um 7.30 bei meinen Zahnarzt und obwohl ich keinen Termin hatte,war ich nach 15 min auf seinen Stuhl,er schaute sich die Röntgen an und wollte zuerst richten und die Zähne aufbauen und stützen,aber alle 3 Zähne war verschoben,gebrochen und so half nur mehr,alle 3 Zähne gleich zu reißen,er nahm sich sehr viel Zeit und erklärte mir die Vorgangsweise,dann wurde noch ein Abdruck für die Ersatzbrücke gemacht und schon waren die 3 vorderen Zähne heraussen,dann noch alles schön vernäht und fertig waren wir,hahahaha!Ich muss jetzt diese Ersatzbrücke 3-4 Monate tragen,damit alles gut verheilt und dann bekomme ich künstliche Zahnwurzeln aus Titan reingemacht,wo dann der Keramikzahn mit seinen Stift befestigt wird!Heute saß ich schon um 8Uhr früh wieder bei ihm und er passte mir die Ersatzbrücke an,er hat sich bei beiden Untersuchungen sehr viel Zeit genommen für mich und erklärte alles sehr fein,er ist noch ein jüngerer Zahnarzt,der aber sehr gut seine Arbeit beherrscht und vor allem sehr symphatisch ist!
Gestern als die Zähne heraussen waren,da ging alles schon viel leichter,ich konnte den Mund und die Lippen wieder besser bewegen,weil der gebrochene Zahn so ein scharfe Kante hatte,die für den Mund nicht so fein war!Es kommen die Blutergüsse an beiden Knien und einer Hand und im Gesicht raus,der rechte Brustkorb schmerzt leicht durch die Prellung und die Nase und der Mund schmerzen etwas bei gewissen Bewegungen,aber es geht aufwärts,zur Zeit war ja nur Suppe,Kartoffel und Reis mit Souce mein Hauptmenü,hahahaha :))

I went to see my dentist yesterday morning at 7:30 and even though I didn't have an appointment, I was in his chair after 15 minutes. He looked at the x-rays and wanted to straighten and build up and support the teeth first, but all three teeth were shifted and broken and so the only thing that could help was to tear all three teeth out at once. He took a lot of time and explained the procedure to me, then an impression was taken for the replacement bridge and the three front teeth were out, then everything was sewn up nicely and we were done, hahahaha! I now have to wear this replacement bridge for 3-4 months so that everything heals properly and then I'll get artificial tooth roots made of titanium into which the ceramic tooth will be attached with its post! Today I was with him again at 8 a.m. and he fitted me with the replacement bridge. He took a lot of time for me during both examinations and explained everything very clearly. He is a relatively new dentist but is very good at his job and, above all, very personable!
Yesterday, when the teeth came out, everything was already much easier. I could move my mouth and lips better again because the broken tooth had such a sharp edge that wasn't very good for the mouth! Bruises are starting to appear on both knees, one hand, and my face. My right ribcage hurts slightly from the bruise, and my nose and mouth hurt a little with certain movements, but things are getting better. Currently, my main meals have been soup, potatoes, and rice with gravy, hahahaha :))

Je suis allée voir mon dentiste hier matin à 7h30 et même si je n'avais pas de rendez-vous, j'étais sur sa chaise après 15 minutes. Il a regardé les radiographies et a voulu d'abord redresser, reconstruire et soutenir les dents, mais les trois dents étaient déplacées et cassées et donc la seule chose qui pouvait aider était de les arracher toutes les trois dents en même temps. Il a pris beaucoup de temps et m'a expliqué la procédure, puis une empreinte a été prise pour le pont de remplacement et les trois dents de devant ont été retirées, puis tout a été bien cousu et nous avons terminé, hahahaha ! Je dois maintenant porter ce pont de remplacement pendant 3 à 4 mois pour que tout guérisse correctement, puis je recevrai des racines dentaires artificielles en titane dans lesquelles la dent en céramique sera fixée avec son poteau ! Aujourd'hui, j'étais à nouveau avec lui à 8 heures du matin et il m'a installé le pont de remplacement. Il a pris beaucoup de temps pour moi pendant les deux examens et m'a tout expliqué très clairement. C'est un dentiste relativement nouveau mais il est très bon dans son travail et, surtout, très sympathique !
Hier, quand mes dents sont sorties, tout était beaucoup plus facile. Je pouvais à nouveau mieux bouger ma bouche et mes lèvres car la dent cassée avait un bord tellement tranchant que ce n'était pas très bon pour ma bouche ! Des ecchymoses commencent à apparaître sur mes deux genoux, une main et mon visage. Ma cage thoracique droite me fait légèrement mal à cause de l'ecchymose, et mon nez et ma bouche me font un peu mal lorsque je bouge certaines choses. Mais les choses s’améliorent. Actuellement, mes repas principaux sont de la soupe, des pommes de terre et du riz avec de la sauce, hahahaha :))
