Close encounter with a gull on the South Esplanade at Burnham on Sea, Somerset, The water is the river Brue which flows into the River Parrett and on to Bridgwater Bay,
An area that Andy and probably Pam know well.

A view across a corner of the moor to a distant Bristol Channel,
I recommend viewing large.

The ebbing evening tide leaves large pools on the beach which eventually find a way back to the sea,

The Pavilion, HFF
No score on the board at the Bridgetown, Somerset cricket pavilion, It was voted Wisden Loveliest Cricket Ground in 2002.

Dunster High street which is also the A396 road through the village, at the end on the left is the 17th century timber-framed octagonal Yarn Market,(pip) On the hill beyond the village is The Conyger Tower which is a folly and stands about 18 meters high it never was a look out tower as tradition would have.

Bossington Beach, note the coast guard look out tower viewing the Bristol Channel from the headland, another point where Exmoor meets the sea and sea defences were abandoned a few years ago to allow a salt marsh to form..
