Loco 3642, watched by comms technicians working in the hut, about to top the grade up from Mullion Creek at Mullion Range. The 36cl was hauling a private tour, named Terror Australis, run by businessman Boyd Munro. The first time a steam loco went past any of the track-side radio huts. June 1994.

Thanks Gillian. The system we installed back then has been superseded but some/most of the huts and masts the project provided have been reused, apparently. This was the first hut provided and where we worked out provision and equipment installation details.

I took many photos for the project office in Parramatta and was able to keep copies of many but not all. All the one's in Ipernity can be found by putting the word countrynet in the search box and selecting 'Photos'.
