The Dubbo bound XPT passing the Mullion Range site. A 20m concrete mast topped with 6m of galvanised pipe for a lightning conductor. There are two 400Mhz 6db collinear antennas mounted on the galvanised steel square. Each is connected to a 50W base station radio. June 1994.
