This is your winter? Unbelievable. I have only ever seen Bougainvillea, naturally, growing in the south of France in September.

Yes, our winter, but this Bougainvillea seems to like the cooler weather. It is in a large pot outside, in the open, in the garden, and has trailed into the Gardenias. I don't usually plant Bougainvilleas as they take over the place.

I love bougainvilleas! Unfortunately at home I can only have those as interior plants and they do not grow that beautifully as the ones outside

This one is in a pot outside in the garden, with natural rainfall, light, etc.
