After the deluge. Our immediate area was not seriously impacted by the recent record breaking massive rain event. However plenty of debris has ended up on a local beach, now clean up time.
Taree , which is a 15 minute drive away, was severely impacted by the flooding from the Manning River, evacuations, roads closed, the highway closed, livestock lost. Thinking of those affected, and now having to start again.

What used to be once a century events seem to happen ever more often.. I'm glad you weren't affected and I hope those that suffered from the floods will get the help they need.
