Abstract thoughts (Explored)

Highrise and Rainbow I took a photo with my cell phone of this magnificent rainbow between two office towers. Unfortunately, the original was very grainy and soft. I played around with the image this week and came up with this. TSCIMG 20160318 165218

Happy Holidays (Explored)

The Sunday Challenge: What if each one of us chooses a Christmas card with the wishes texts written in our own langage, and the card being photographed in a place that best represent Christmas spirit for the photographer? I have a new camera and a new version of Photoshop Elements so I thought I would see what I could do with them. The photo is not quite on topic, but it is close. TSCP1000037

Tribute to Sir Neville Marriner

The Sunday Challenge: 2016 saw the demise of many popular and revered musicians, and as 2 of our favourite challenges are 'illustrating songs' and make an LP cover, we will revisit these challenges but pick a song or a piece of music from one of the people who passed on this year. "Sir Neville Marriner, CH, CBE (15 April 1924 – 2 October 2016) was an English violinist who became "one of the world's greatest conductors". He founded the Academy of St Martin in the Fields, and his partnership with them is the most recorded of any orchestra and conductor." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neville_Marriner video.search.yahoo.com/yhs/search;_ylt=A0LEVvUgonFYPRwA92cnnIlQ?p=mozart+requiem&fr=yhs-mozilla-004&fr2=piv-web&hspart=mozilla&hsimp=yhs-004#id=1&vid=4ff992939f42033df80b22574b517fa9&action=view TSCMusicians
