Very very! :) Really awesome miso soup - the woman who makes it brews her own miso, then forms all the ingredients for an "instant" soup-mix into little balls, which look kind of like chocolate truffles... :) This one was Rudolph - goji berry for his red nose, daikon radish for the antlers. Didn't ask about the eyes... :)

Yes, I love miso soup and I know they vary a lot! You are lucky to have found one that is truly exceptional! I'm pleased Rudolf more than passed muster!
