Rio Grande Gorge Taos junction bridge (# 0983)
Placard for the bridge, which was built in 1930. The placard provided an interesting link to the history of federal construction of roads and bridges on public land (this is BLM land) and the connection of those programs, in the 1930’s, to the eventual New Deal programs.
