Joshua Tree Climate Change rally (#0554)

Joshua Tree Climate Change rally. Joshua Tree is a small community of about 7,000 in the high desert north of Palm Springs; it is the site of one of the north entrances to Joshua Tree National Park.

The community has some sort of small, public, anti-Trump rally every week; the Climate Change rally today was larger, drawing roughly 50 people from the community and from the greater Palm Springs area. We covered every corner of the major high desert route (CA-62) and the local entrance road for Joshua Tree National Park. We shifted between covering every corner and received good response from people passing through in their cars.
