London Westminster (#0010)

Quite a bit of interesting, very modern, architecture in the Westminster section of the City of Westminster, which is effectively a borough in London. The Westminster section of Westminster (confusing, right?) is the area where all of the key government buildings are located. UK viewers: Don't hesitate to correct me here, I'm only just beginning to get a notion of the political organization of London.
