A large portion of the Mexico/US border is the Rio Grande river in Texas – where’s the wall going to go here (see the original narrative, further below)????

Original narrative: Walking along the Rio Grande in the Hot Springs area, I saw these two teenagers walking and swimming in the river -- considering how far out they swam, they probably even crossed the international border. I talked with their grandparents who were nearby, it turned out the teens were from California.
