Crawford, NE (0205)
Entrance to a public park in Crawford, Neb. The park is surprisingly large for a small town and was apparently built by the American Legion. The American Legion was founded after WW I by veterans, thus the frequent military theme in the park. Though not very visible due to the light when the picture was taken, there is an American eagle on the top of the first column in the picture, and a small, historic, repeating canon (rifle?) on top of the second column.
