Lincoln Heights 4262a
On N Avenue 19 in the Lincoln Heights area. The older part (adjacent picture) of the building looks like an abandoned high school, the newer part looks almost like a former factory. The newer part, the "Bilingual Foundation of Arts," is a theater community group for the area.
