Saturday 1 August 2026 (0926) – Hearns Coaches YD23 FOK, a Yutong YT12 new in July 2023, was seen at Fiveways, Barton Mills as it worked the 0700 Flixbus service 007 from London (Victoria Coach Station) to Norwich. Hearns began working two round trips each day on this service from Thursday 18 June: 0700 Victoria-Stratford-Thetford-Norwich (arriving 1055) 1210 Norwich-Thetford-Stratford (arriving 1500) 1540 Stratford- Thetford-Norwich (arriving 1840) 1955 Norwich-Thetford-Stratford-Victoria (arriving 2320) These trips were additional to the one round trip worked by Transport Made Simple/Central Connect/Simonds (0900 from Norwich/1600 from Victoria Coach Station).

Cloud Nine Holidays is displayed which is a company owned by Country Lion and the website showed a Great Yarmouth day excursion today from Northampton (Victoria Street and Weston Favell), Wellingborough and Kettering.

Saturday 1 August 2026 (1004) – A broadside view of a Neoplan N2216 operated by Essex Tours Limited, Hornchurch zipping through Fiveways, Barton Mills. (Unless the company has more that one such coach, this may be OU65 RHE that had been new to Bennett, West Drayton in September 2015 and acquired by Essex Tours in May 2025).

Saturday 1 August 2026 (0937) – The first of two plain white Mercedes-Benz Tourismo coaches operated by Grange Travel, Gravesend passed through Fiveways, Barton Mills heading to Great Yarmouth. BV25 MFO, new in March 2025, was about to pull in for a break at the Shell Service Area. The second coach, BV25 MDY new in April 2025, passed through just a minute later but did not stop.

Saturday 1 August 2026 (0938) – The second of two plain white Mercedes-Benz Tourismo coaches operated by Grange Travel, Gravesend passed through Fiveways, Barton Mills heading to Great Yarmouth. The second coach was BV25 MDY new in April 2025 which passed through without stopping unlike the first, BV25 MFO new in March 2025, which pulled into the Shell Service Area for a break.

Saturday 1 August 2026 (0943) – Three Star Coaches, Luton TC75 TSC, an MCV eVoTor bodied Volvo B8R new in September 2025, seen at Fiveways, Barton Mills. It was working a day excursion to Great Yarmouth and was about to take a break at the Shell Service Area to the right of the camera. Interestingly Google Maps shows Fiveways to be near enough the same distance to both Luton town centre and to Great Yarmouth town centre (approx. 59 miles in each case).

Saturday 1 August 2026 (0925) – Mulleys Motorways BT13 YWE working the 0920 service 355 from Mildenhall to Bury St. Edmunds. It is an MCV eVolution bodied Volvo B7RLE acquired from Simonds of Botesdale Limited, Diss in March 2025 (along with BT13 YWF). The pair were new in August 2013.

Saturday 1 August 2026 (0937) – Possibly working a rail replacement service, this anonymous Caetano Levante bodied Scania K410 (BV17 GPZ) had approached Fiveways, Barton Mills on the A1065 from the Brandon direction and turned left towards Thetford on the A11. There had been a couple of Reg’s Coaches vehicles that followed the same path a little earlier. It was new in March 2017 to Mike de Courcey Travel, Coventry as their MD43 to operate National Express contracts.
