The overall journey time is 2 hours 50 minutes. Departures from Stratford to Norwich are at 1100 and 1820service linking

418 (YK25 OME), a Yutong GT12 new in April 2025, is seen at Fiveways, Barton Mills when working the 0700 service from Norwich to Stratford.
