Wednesday 18 October 2023 (1037) – Stagecoach East provides the City Sightseeing tour of Cambridge. The ‘hop on hop off’ tour takes 1 hour 20 minutes to complete the full circuit and the service operates every 20 minutes.

Six partially open top Wright Eclipse Gemini 3 bodied Volvo B5TL buses new in May 2018 are allocated for the work (13808-13813) although the basic schedule only requires four vehicles.

13813 (BV18 YAA) is seen on Trumpington Street passing The Pitt Building.

The Pitt Building, now a conference centre which originally housed The Cambridge University Press, was constructed in 1831 with part of surplus funds subscribed for a statute of William Pitt (Prime Minister 1783-1801/1804-06 and MP for the University).
