Stagecoach East Midlands 36454 (OU61 AVD) in Blidworth - 14 Sep 2022 (P1130278)

Tuesday 13 September 2022 (1540) – Stagecoach East Midlands took over operation of the Nottingham-Blidworth-Mansfield to Sutton-in-Ashfield service 141 on Monday 5 September 2022 after Trent Barton withdrew on economic grounds. Nottinghamshire County Council has agreed to support the service for one year. Four Mansfield buses are required to work the service.

Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro200D 36454 (OU61 AVD) is seen passing the Methodist Church in Main Street, Blidworth when working the 1425 service from Sutton to Nottingham. It was new to Midland Red (South) in December 2011.

The bus stop sign on the right contains the 141 service number applied by Trent Barton in the past which features a small company logo on a background of deep red. Trent Barton is well known for its many colourful branded liveries although the 141 was one of the services that was operated by vehicles sporting the deep red fleet livery.
