Sunday 26 September 1999 – Preserved Leyland Nationals on display at Showbus, Duxford.

Left is former West Yorkshire Road Car Company 1002 (DNW 840T) new in September 1978. This was a series B model which did not feature the roof mounted heating unit as carried by former London Buses LS98 (OJD 898R) (right) new in August 1977. The series B type was a more simplified model and became popular with the National Bus Company subsidiaries for rural services.
