Friday 15 November 2019 (1054) – Ambassador Travel 210 (BF63 ZSK), a Caetano Levante bodied Volvo B9R new in January 2014, seen at Mildenhall when working the 0835 National Express service 491 from Great Yarmouth to London (Victoria). The presence of a Stephenson’s bus on Stand A when the coach arrived in resulted in it having to park on Stand B.

On 30 September 2019 a new timetable was introduced for this service which resulted in the previous one trip daily each way service being reduced to become Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays only southbound. Rather oddly the northbound services depart Victoria at 1000 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (!!) and 1430 on Mondays and Fridays.
