DSCF4325 Mulleys Motorways YN54 NKX in Mildenhall - 10 Aug 2018

Friday 10 August 2016 (1026) – Mulleys Motorways (YN54 NKX), a Scania OmniCity new to Nottingham City Transport (#222) in December 2004, arriving at King Street, Mildenhall working service 355 from Beck Row to Bury St. Edmunds.

Mildenhall was facing traffic delays for some weeks due to temporary traffic lights forming part of the work in laying new fibre optic cables. This service had to pass through the temporary traffic lights in Kingsway near the Maid’s Head on two occasions. Firstly as it came in from Bury St. Edmunds and again as it returned from Beck Row. As a result it departed the bus station some ten minutes late.
