SELNEC PTE 6180 (NDK 980) lower deck to front - Apr 1977

April 1977 - Between 1956 and 1959 Rochdale Corporation Transport purchased 55 Weymann bodied AEC Regent Vs numbered 268-322. This interior view shows the style which was the hallmark of the Corporation. In November 1969 the Corporation’s bus undertaking was absorbed by the SELNEC PTE that applied fleet numbers 6168-6222 to these vehicles. This bus (NDK 980) delivered in June 1956 carried the fleet number 280 with the Corporation and 6180 with SELNEC. It was now pending disposal.
