Sunday 25 September 2016 – Former Barton Transport 861 (861 HAL) seen at Barton Fleet Review at Chilwell. This unique bus features the unusual combination of two low height principles of a Dennis Loline chassis combined with a Northern Counties lowbridge body which achieved an overall height of just 12’ 6”. New in April 1961. The photograph shows the layout of the steps and stairs seen looking towards the rear of the bus from alongside the front upper deck seat.
