One of the 8 towers of Lassay Castle is currently being renovated, the elaborate scaffolding around is impressive. Here's a view before the works.

CHÂTEAU AVEC UNE JAMBE DE PLÂTRE ;-) L'une des 8 tours du château de Lassay est actuellement en cours de rénovation, l'échafaudage complexe qui l'entoure est impressionnant. Voici une vue avant les travaux.

Der impressionnistische Maler Camille Pissaro verbrachte mehrere Jahre in dieser Gegend und hat davon einige Gemälde gemacht, die heute in Museen in New York, Berlin, Paris, London usw. zu sehen sind. Man kann hier überall Reproduktionen von ihm entdecken. Es gibt auch extra einen "Pissaro-Weg". Ein schönes Wochenende.

Thanks Carol. The Impressionist painter Camille Pissaro spent several years in this area and made some paintings that are now in museums in New York, Berlin, Paris, London, etc. You can find reproductions of him everywhere. There is even a "Pissaro path". Have a nice weekend.

Also, das Paradoxe am Normalen ist doch, das es an sich selbst nicht wahr oder falsch ist, trotzdem aber als Messwert dienen soll. Und angesichts ihrer Wandelbarkeit scheinen Normalitäten auch kein absolutes, sondern ein relatives Mass zu sein... So, das musste jetzt mal gesagt werden ;-))

Le peintre impressionniste Camille Pissaro a passé plusieurs années dans cette région chez son ami artiste Ludovic Piette, et a peint plusieurs toiles que l'on peut voir aujourd'hui dans les musées de New York, Berlin, Paris, Londres, etc. On peut découvrir leurs reproductions un peu partout ici. Il y a même un parcours Pissaro, spécialement aménagé".
