Danke Karsten, das ist ja toll, vor allem wenn du die ersten Beeren ernten kannst.
Wir haben am Haus auch Wein, alte Rebstöcke, die da schon über 20 Jahre wachsen. Da wir sie jedes Jahr 2x fachgerecht zurückschneiden, geben sie noch jedes Jahr Trauben. Der eine Stock ist weisser Chasselas (ich glaube in deutsch heisst das "Gutedel"), der andere blauer Gewürztraminer. Dieses Jahr ernteten wir den Chasselas bereits Ende August, einen Monat früher als sonst, und ich denke, der Gewürztraminer wird jetzt im September reif sein statt wie sonst im Oktober!!
