It may be that it has drifted on a breeze or it may even be that there is a long rope securing it but if there was it wasn't visible. Whichever it was it looked to be adrift and was in just the right spot for me! Enjoy the rest of your week

A lovely expansive view of this beuatiful scene. One can imagine oneself standing there, very relaxed and looking out. Has a wonderful impact on me as a viewer. Large is the way to see it, I think. Is that a butterfly in the lower left-hand corner?

Last Tuesday we still had 30° Celsius !!! But it rained in the meantime and that was very welcome. Today it is (till now) sunny again, but the temperature became much more cooler. A good break for the vegetation. It's unbelievable the number of trees which died because of the heat this Summer which you can see along the roads (:o(( ....

That doesn't sound good Christiane. I would melt in that heat! We had a hot and humid spell yesterday but it has rained almost all day today.

I hope things improve for you, - it is such a shame to see plants and trees withering and dying in the heat and you must have been exhausted trying to keep up with looking after your beautiful garden
