Gut getarnt - Well camouflaged

Gestern fand ich diese Blüte einer Großen Anemone (Anemone sylvestris). Dabei bemerkte ich im Innern eine Märzfliege, deshalb richtete meine Frau die Blüte etwas auf, damit ich besser fotografieren konnte. Erst zuhause sah ich dann, dass sich in der Blüte nicht nur die Märzfliege (Bibio marci) befand (s. Notiz 1), sondern auch eine farblich gut getarnte Krabbenspinne (Thomisidae), welche die Spinne gefangen hatte und dabei war ihre Beute zu verzehren. Krabbenspinnen sind oft sehr gut getarnte Lauerjäger mit auffallend großen Vorderbeinen mit ausgeprägten Anpassungen an den Beutefang (s. Wikipedia-Artikel)

Yesterday I found this blossom of a snowdrop anemone (Anemone sylvestris). I noticed a St. Mark's fly (Bibio marci) inside, so my wife straightened the flower a bit so that I could take better photos. It was only at home that I saw that not only the St. Marks fly (Bibio marci) was inside the flower (see note 1), but also a colourfully well-camouflaged crab spider (Thomisidae), which had caught the spider and was about to consume its prey (see note 2). Crab spiders are often very well camouflaged ambush hunters with conspicuously large front legs with distinct adaptations to catch prey (see Wikipedia article).
