Das grösste Freilichtmuseum in Frankreich, das Écomusée d’Alsace (elsässische Ökomuseum) in Ungersheim, ein paar Kilometer von Mulhouse entfernt.
Über 80 alte elsässische Gebäude (einige stammen aus dem 15. Jahrhundert) und weitere Objekte, die an den ursprünglichen Standorten abgebaut und im Écomusée wieder aufgebaut wurden, können hier besichtigt werden.
