passata day: 1

Neighbour Trish's (Italian) dad Frank bought 5 boxes of Roma tomatoes for me from one of the secret Italian tomato suppliers in Melbourne. I brought them home, and next morning began washing & chopping them and putting them through the passata mill before bottling them. After 2 crates I remembered I had missed the step of cooking them. Aaaaargh!
